The Knüsel Treuhand Immobilien AG has transformed into Viventia Immobilien AG – a brand relaunch that bridges tradition and modernity. The company now boasts a fully refreshed corporate identity that radiates contemporary energy while staying true to its core values: collaboration, commitment, and a client-centered approach.

Forward Always, under the creative direction of Eve Giger, acted as the company’s full-service branding partner: from strategic naming to designing the corporate identity, relaunching the website, establishing the social media presence, and implementing on-site branding. At the heart of the rebrand is the new logo. It captures the company’s ethos and brings the brand DNA to life: the name “Viventia” embodies vitality, energy, and life – visually represented by the sun as a central key visual. The visual language was further enhanced with AI-generated imagery, perfectly aligned with the corporate design.

Next steps: implement performance marketing through SEO and SEA, build a strong LinkedIn presence, and enhance brand awareness and perception—with the clear goal of positioning Viventia as a real estate marketer, rather than primarily as a property manager as it has been until now.
